Who provides the service

Cheila Ng Hó, independent professional registered in Portugal. Tax details are given on every proposal and receipt. Contact: info@cheilangho.com.

Services and prices

The services and prices are described on the website, in euros, and are final prices. For organizations, the scope, deliverables, timing and final price of each stage are set out in a written proposal before work starts.

Payment

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and hire a service at a distance (by email, phone or online), you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. If you want a session to take place within those 14 days, I ask you to request it expressly in writing when booking, and to confirm that you know the right of withdrawal ends once that session has been fully delivered. If you withdraw before then, you pay only for the part already delivered, and the rest is refunded. This right is separate from the cancellation rules below.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Nature of the service

This is not therapy, psychological assessment, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace them. It is a structured reading of a situation, so that the people responsible can decide with more clarity. Decisions, and their consequences, stay with whoever makes them. If I notice that a situation needs another kind of professional support, I will say so.

Confidentiality and data

What is said in the conversations is confidential. How data is collected, used, kept and deleted, and the use of AI tools, are described in the Privacy Policy.

Materials

Maps, reports and syntheses are delivered for the internal use of the person or organization that hired the service, and stay confidential. They may be shared within that organization. The methodology and the tools used to produce them remain mine.

Complaints and disputes

You can write to me at any time at info@cheilangho.com. You can also use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico). In consumer disputes, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity; the list is available on the Portuguese consumer portal (www.consumidor.gov.pt).

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
